1. Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

We provide FREE SHIPPING all over India on all prepaid/online payment orders.

No additional shipping charges will be applicable for prepaid orders unless specifically mentioned.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cash on Delivery service is available at additional shipping charges as mentioned below:

Within Kolkata, Howrah, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas & Hooghly

• COD Charge: ₹80

Rest of West Bengal

• COD Charge: ₹110

Other States Across India

• COD Charge: ₹130

These charges are non-refundable.

We ship internationally as well.

• West Bengal: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–10 business days

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

• Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
• Additional reshipping charges arising from incorrect information

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, customers may need to pay reshipping charges.
