1. Reporting Issues
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel in case of any issue regarding the product.
No complaints or claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
2. Mandatory Opening Video
An uninterrupted opening video is compulsory for any claim regarding:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Missing product
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel before opening
- The shipping label
- Continuous unpacking process
- The issue with the product
Important:
Without a proper opening video, no claims, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Valid Reasons for Exchange
We only provide exchange in the following cases:
- Wrong item sent by us
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
Once verified by our team through the opening video, we will process the exchange accordingly.
4. No Exchange for Other Reasons
Products cannot be exchanged for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike
- Color expectation differences
- Size issues
- Design preference changes
- Delayed decision after purchase
5. Exchange Without Valid Reason
If a customer still wishes to exchange a product without any valid reason approved by our team:
- The customer must ship the parcel back at their own expense.
- The customer must also pay the shipping charge for sending the new item again.
No shipping charges will be borne by 8poure in such cases.
